The Glens Falls Inn exceeded my expectations in several areas. the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the neatly arranged rooms with new curtains to the basic amenities provided, it was evident that the staff cared about the comfort of their guests. Secondly, the location in a residential neighborhood added a sense of tranquility to my stay, allowing me to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Lastly, the breakfast spread was a delightful surprise. The hospitality shown by the staff was second to none, and the variety of options provided ensured that there was something for everyone's taste.
There was one minor aspect that could be improved, but overall, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Got into Christmas spirit, rooms were cozy with comfortable beds, and enjoyed drinking hot cocoa by the fireplace.
Overpriced for the amenities offered and felt like staff were disinterested in guests. the holiday decorations were tacky and outdated.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! The attention to detail was on point, from the newly painted rooms with fresh curtains to the reasonable-sized bathrooms with new showers. The hotel's location in a residential neighborhood was a real treat, as it offered a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, helpful, and courteous, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. And let's not forget the fantastic breakfasts! The hospitality shown during breakfast was second to none, making each morning a truly enjoyable experience.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.
